Home rules
No Glassware Outdoors: Only plastic or unbreakable drinkware (provided in the kitchen) is permitted in or around the pool, jacuzzi, and padel court.
Pool & Jacuzzi Use: Please shower before using the jacuzzi. No diving in shallow areas of the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around water features.
Court Lighting & Heating: Please turn off the padel court floodlights and jacuzzi heating when not in use or before going to sleep to conserve energy.
Maximum Occupancy: Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight
Day Visitors: Any non-overnight day visitors must be pre-approved by the host prior to arrival. Commercial events, photo/video shoots, or ticketed gatherings are strictly prohibited without written consent.
Strictly Non-Smoking Indoors: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house or cinema room. Smoking is allowed outdoors on the terraces.
Cinema Room: Please keep food and dark liquids to a minimum in the home cinema to protect plush seating and equipment.
Securing the Estate: While the property is completely private, please ensure all exterior doors and main security gates are locked when leaving the property.
Trash & Recycling: Please dispose of food waste daily in sealed bins to avoid attracting local wildlife.
Use of the Gym: Guests use the fitness facilities and equipment entirely at your own risk. Please ensure you are physically fit to use the equipment.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult at all times in the gym area.
